Being the largest employee transportation platform, their flagship product for employee transport management is offered as a service (SaaS) and is used to track employee cab usage records, provides automated billing with reduced discrepancies and carries safety features for female passengers. Their most comprehensive transportation solution provides transport managers and transport administrators complete control and visibility over their transport operations in real time.

They have 170+ people including a strong engineering team of 40 people and operations team of more than 50 people currently, who are graduates from leading colleges like CMU, ISB, IIM, IIT, NIT and IIIT and have prior corporate experience working with Amazon, Oracle, Google, and Microsoft.

Role : VP - Sales

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities :

- For the generation and development of new business opportunities within India, in People transportation space.

- The successful candidate will be working closely with enterprise customers to provide cost effective and innovative local transportation to employees in people intensive industries like IT, ITES, Services, manufacturing systems etc.

- The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who are - sales hungry- and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills to produce effective and successful results.

- To develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company on a sustainable basis

- Define business plans and manage P & L.

- To develop and execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.

- Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails

- To participate at industry events and tradeshows, represent the company in most elegant and professional manner, use those meetings to gain new business leads and contacts

- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation,

- Keeping abreast of competition and provide time to time business innovation perspectives

Candidate Profile:

- A consummate and credible sales professional selling Solutions for transportation and implementation services and industry solutions to CXOs, Administrative and Facilities Head in major brands and blue-chip companies

- Experience of selling Enterprise Solutions / Services Sales / ERP / Supply Chain / Large software platforms / IT services

- Proven track record and relationships with CXOs / Heads of HR / Facilities heads of companies

- At least 10 years- experience in Sales role in IT product/service companies selling to large enterprise clients. Total experience should be at least 12 years.

- Exposure to IT / ITES / Supply Chain/manufacturing is preferable

- MBA from a reputed institute desirable
