Job Description - The position will take care of a large field sales team of 100+ for a Consumer-tech organisation with growing presence.

Client Details

Our client is a well funded start-up which has been in existence for over 5 years. They have a field sales team of over 100 people spread across Metro cities in India. With their presence and demand growing they are now looking for a seasoned Sales leader who has an experience driving large field sales.

Description

Reporting to the founders, you will be responsible for:

- Manage the results from the field sales teams

- Hire/ Mentor/ Retain the growing field sales teams across various cities

- Handle Direct Sales/ Inside Sales/ Partnership Sales verticals for the company

Profile :

You will have over 10 years of experience post MBA and an experience managing Sales teams in multiple regions. Driving Field Sales teams is a must have. Industry experience of Edu-tech, FMCG, Travel, Hospitality, Banking is a must.
