Vice President - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand LEO1's customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and foster a culture of high achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.
- Define the sales team budget and monitor it periodically.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the Edu-Tech or Fintech industry, preferably with experience in selling SaaS solutions or financial products/services to educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, including trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
