- 12+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in digital / technology solutions in a B2B environment in US market.
- Results-driven sales leader with extensive experience in solution selling, business development, contract negotiation and key account management.
- Should have deep insight and idea of where the market in US is headed.
- Should have a sound understanding of digital ecosystem; and defining digital strategies for clients and marketers across web, mobile and social eco-system.
- Must have deep experience in selling to CMOs, and some experience selling to the CIO.
- Entrepreneurial - hunter- mentality.
- Solid network of professional and industry contacts.
- Proficient in preparing and presenting proposals/SOWs and presentations to close business.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions.
- Ability to organize, execute and interpret results from market research to uncover and systematically develop market potential by industry.
- Should have the ability to understand different technologies/solutions & ramp up rapidly on selling them.

Job Requirement:
- Responsible for new business development; developing and executing sales strategies.
- Deal closure and drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Grow existing accounts by owning several key accounts yourself besides overseeing the rest of the team who owns accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with client service professionals (CIO/CMO/CDO etc.) and others to understand specific opportunities, leads, and engagements.
- Plan, oversee and participate in outbound sales call strategy including prospect identification, software demonstration, manage pilots or proof of concept, develop proposals, pitch review and making a sufficient volume of sales calls.
- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
- Offer product & services for multi-channel e-Commerce, and Digital marketing cloud by working closely with our network of strategic alliance partners (Sitecore, Oracle, Adobe etc.) to identify joint business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth in your territory.
- Develop independent market and competitive research.
- Providing thought leadership to help guide prospects and current clients for new business efforts and nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients.
