Position: Vice President - Reporting will be to CEO.

Job Description:
Incumbent will be responsible for all sales and business development of Marketing technology product. This position includes responsibility for business development also. The VP Sales will drive the team towards strategic sales with digital agencies and achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals
The VP of Sales is Expected To:
- Target digital agencies for selling of products
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Manage overall sales cycle of our products with digital companies
- Work closely with VP Marketing to develop and execute lead programs
- Contribute to development of pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners
- Motivate team members to accomplish their sales targets and to maintain good client relationship
- Oversee the hiring and development of team
Requirements:
- At least 10 years sales experience in comparable industries (digital marketing), with 4 years in a senior role
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding
- Dealt with Software product selling/buying in Digital domain
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment
- Experience with a specific sales methodology
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of digital domain
