- This role at Organization is responsible for achieving new customer acquisition goals, aligned with the long-term revenue & value direction. The individual will need consultative selling expertise in Technology Consulting & IT services, to acquire new B2B business across US, Canada and Europe markets to be successful in this role.
- It is a Sales Leader role, that includes driving Sales Closures and translating leads into customers, with cross-teams collaboration with marketing, presales, delivery & operations. In parallel, you would be responsible for:
- Growing outbound & GTM channels which includes Accounts based calling campaigns, email campaigns, Partners, Events, LinkedIn, Analysts, etc.
- New Demand-generation from GTM channels, new SQLs/MQLs, converting Leads into new Revenue Pipeline.
- End to end Sales Lifecycle management (Conversions, Velocity, Deal Value, etc)
- Proven sales results driven through your team and not as an individual contributor.
Qualification:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation/PG from any specialization.
- Overall experience of 15-20 years with last 3-5 years in a similar role in the IT services industry.
- Must have produced successful Sales results through his team (not as an individual contributor)
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of Consultative selling & New revenue acquisition, for Enterprise customers in US, Canada & Europe
- Ability to engage business and technology decision-makers at Directors, VPs & CXO levels.
- Strong Persuasion & communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation.
- Selling experience in the US market.
