- Timely resolution of Escalated customers complaints

- Enhancing the Dealer presence and drive dealer & team performance

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Timely response

- Effective Team building with focus on systems & processes

- Establishing a process driven Organisation

- Establish Reporting/ Review Mechanisms and conduct reviews

- Business development in terms of Pitching to & Obtaining clients
