Looking for Vice President from FMCG with MBA from IIM for an E-Learning Company in Noida

Ideal Candidate :

- This individual will either be from an FMCG company with large distributorships experience

Companies like - Nokia, Nestle, Unilivers, Pepsi, Sony, Videocon, Apple, Philips, etc with an MBA from IIM .

Qualification :

- MBA from IIM or any other Equivalent Institute

- Bachelors in Technology (Preferred)

- We are looking for a Person with the capability of growing the English language learning business.

- The company would like to make English language learning a mass product reaching across the country.

- At the moment they have a significant presence in the corporate sector with IT and Telecom companies.

- Our client is looking for a TOP MBA (IIM or similar) to take the organization to the next level.

Job Description :

- Manage the P&L for a Rs.10 crore vertical in English language learning.

- Define strategies to grow the business

- Define the road-map for the organisation

- Identify growth areas and implement a plan to achieve higher market share.

- Ensure distribution to franchisees in a timely manner.

- Handle Advertising, digital marketing and product portfolio

- A 25 year old eLearning company

- Starting off in the 1990s, the company was the pioneer in digital learning with egurukool. After 15 years, the business was bought over by NIIT .

- After that the promoter started a new venture addressing the US market for e learning content development and also developed a digital English language learning product.
