Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Soft Skills Required: Salesman extraordinaire, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.
Eligibility:
- Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree (CS/IT/Electronics) (MBA will be a plus)
- Relevant work experience of 10 Years
- Brownie points for the members of the placement team of the institution or during MBA
- Brownie points if candidates have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/post graduation
- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference.
- Candidates with any kind of IT product sales background will be preferred
