Role Summary: The VP of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy for the US market. This leader will drive revenue growth, build scalable sales processes, and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market.
- Set revenue targets, KPIs, and manage the sales budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Managers.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and product-market fit.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to scale the team.
- Drive key client engagements, negotiations, and close high-impact deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
