Reporting to Chief Business Officer
Job Role:
- Meet revenue targets and take full responsibility for P&L for the account.
- Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model.
- Managing multiple teams onsite and offshore and ensure all recruitment SLA's for the client are met.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform, operations, and delivery
- Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures.
- Manages the entire team which includes the operational delivery centre and the regional locations for recruitments.
- Internal synergy within Accounts Receivable team and other departments and stakeholders to capitalize on the potential business opportunity with Clients and key partners.
- Providing knowledge and ideas to client Key SPOCs through regions / locations.
- Plan, Indentify and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management.
- Continuously Interlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) and operation's stakeholders to seek process improvement
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Proven background of managing extensive and complex customer engagements
- Understanding of ATS
- Experience of mapping and re engineering recruitment processes
CTQ:
- Minimum 16 years- experience in Human Resources domain of which 10 years should be in leading recruitment projects.
- Experience in Service Delivery in the IT / IT Infrastructure domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.
- Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
- Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment business for various industries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills
- Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.
- Preferably Masters in Human Resources.
