Vice President - Robotic Process Automation (UIPath/.Net)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vice President - RPA Developer to lead and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, ensuring seamless automation of critical business processes. This role involves overseeing a technical team, managing key projects, and driving innovation in RPA development for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET technologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience:

- 14+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in technical domains.

- Proven project management experience, having led key initiatives from conception to delivery.

- Experience managing a team of 5+ members.

Team Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to RPA development teams.

- Ensure best practices in RPA development are followed and continuously improved.

Financial Services Expertise:

- Deep understanding of RPA solutions within financial services.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align RPA strategies with business objectives.

Project Management:

- Lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of RPA solutions.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.

Automation & Integration:

- Strong understanding of how RPA interfaces with various business applications.

- Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring efficient automation of both front and back-office processes.

Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on development experience in programming languages such as .NET, VB, and C#.

- Experience in .NET technologies including C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services, and N-Tier Architecture.

- Previous experience with VB Script/DoT Net is a plus.

Software & Tools:

- UIPath (5+ yrs exp)

- Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite.

- Experience with version control tools and project tracking software.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech, BSc IT).

Experience:

- A minimum of 14 years of technical experience, with a focus on development and project management in financial services.

- Hands-on experience in .NET programming is highly preferred.

- Must be comfortable to code and not just project execution.
