Vice President - Robotic Automation Project - BFSI

We have an opening for female candidates for Bangalore & Hyderabad based IB .

Lead is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the delivery of the Automation projects using the multi-technologies in the DOC. The role holder will ensure that the DOC is operating and performing to the standards set by the CoE as well as delivering against agreed timelines and requirements. The role holder will line manage the Test Analyst and Development Lead.

Principal Accountabilities:

Key activities and decision making areas

- Oversees the management and implementation of the technical solutions and providing technical support for live processes built by the DOC

- Monitor and refresh change and implementation toolkit, including, stakeholder management and readiness solutions (for tailoring locally)

- Manages the delivery of projects against agreed timelines and business requirement

- Ensure the DOC is operating and performing to the standards set by the CoE

- Lead a positive work environment and promote teamwork to drive engagement

- Foster close collaboration between the DOC, CoE, OTPE and Global Command Centre

- Liaises with e COE PMO / Planning to ensure adequate resources are available to support allocated projects

- Participate in appraisal processes as appropriate

- Build a team with the required mix of skills and capabilities for the job at hand

- Line management for direct reports and leadership of the wider team adhering to HSBC performance management guidelines

- Inspire and engage people through policy to create an inclusive, high performing, and client-centric culture, enhancing the client experience

- Creates an environment which encourages development and uplifts capability within the team

- Take prompt action to address any activities and behaviors that are not consistent with HSBC's diversity policy
