Work you'll do :
- Seasoned Operations Leader with domain knowledge of Banking and Capital Markets Industry and expertise in Controls Testing (Line 1 and Line 2).
Delivery management :
- Own service quality. and manage sizable global teams and work efforts at client and company locations to ensure seamless delivery
- Facilitate seamless transition of client processes to global service delivery centers.
- Drive delivery of SLAs within budget
People management :
- Lead a highly trained and skilled team, capable of scaling operations rapidly
- Foster a team-oriented environment - manage employee retention, career pathing, learning and development of the team
- Collaborate with Performance Management and Talent teams to lead annual Performance Management and Compensation initiatives for professionals aligned to the offering
- Collaborate with Talent and Learning to develop solution specific on-boarding and specialized skills training to efficiently assimilate and deploy resources
Client management :
- Lead Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly operating reviews with the client team
- Meet client commitments - reduce cost, drive efficiency, improve service delivery and quality.
- Meet client NPS/CSAT score goals
- Engage effectively with client to understand feedback and issues; ensure resolution to client satisfaction
Process improvement :
- Leverage best-in-class digital solutions to further operating performance and meet cost ongoing productivity commitments
- Lead the transformation roadmap (process and technology) implementation
- Drive a culture of continuous process and performance improvement through:
- Leveraging six sigma frameworks
- Collaborating with industry and practice/offering teams to continuously infuse the latest capabilities to drive value creation for the client
- Collaborating with the transformation team to explore opportunities to further standardize, automate, and tech enable functions
Finance/Operations :
- Achieve revenue and margin targets
- Support offering growth through participation in pipeline and sales efforts, including scoping, solutioning, pricing, transition and delivery
- Team with Resource Management and Deployment to confirm staffing approach, escalate unfilled project needs, and assign resources
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to develop the annual financial plan (sales, revenue, margin, and growth targets), and calendarized recruiting board to support offering delivery and growth
Required skills :
- 10+ years of experience managing large teams (500+) in outsourced operations.
- 10-15 years of experience in the Banking, Capital Markets industry
- Proven track-record of leading a team of 500+ associates.
- Experienced at managing end-to-end operations, driving transformation, and infusing tech tools to enhance performance.
- Adept at owning service quality at optimal cost of operations - ensuring delivery meets operational, contractual, and economic commitments.
- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and negotiating service level agreements.
- Demonstrated client service / delivery experience (Controls Testing experience is a plus):
- Operations set-up/rigor: Hiring, training, transition, pricing.
- Service Quality: Metrics driven delivery, adherence to KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Transformation: Standardization, automation/digitization, reduce cost per transaction
- P&L management: meet revenue and margin targets; price solutions effectively and delivering to the expected cost structure
