Vice President - Risk Based Supervision & Regulatory Management - BFSI

Risk Based Supervision (RBS):

- submission of Tranche data including checking for data integrity and data consistency

- coordination with various units for collating data

- leading the Tranche III testing and coordinating with Internal Audit for the same

- SPOC of the Bank for the onsite RBS exercise

- Ensuring that all queries of the RBS team are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner

- Follow up with various units for submission of the Bank's response to Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP) and Risk Assessment Report (RAR) and reviewing the same prior to submission to RBI

Regulatory Management:

- Liason with key departments of RBI for various issues including references made by the Bank

- Oversight of dissemination of regulatory guidelines to various internal stakeholders and follow up for completion of required action points

- Query resolution furnishing explanation and interpretation of regulatory guidelines

- Tracking of regulatory returns submitted by the Bank to various regulatory and statutory authorities

- Acting as Nodal Officer for Bank's relationship with stock exchanges and Depositories and other bodies from a control perspective of related business carried out by the Bank

- Liasing with Indian Banks Association (IBA) and other industry bodies

Other activities:

- Review of policy documents, SOPs, Product Notes and Process Notes in line with applicable regulatory guidelines

- Conducting compliance testing including thematic testing and ascertaining sustainability of compliance furnished to RBI Inspection observations and other Inspection and Audit reports

- Coordinating with various control functions within the Bank and facilitating exchange of information towards improving the effectiveness of control and compliance functions within the Bank

- Representing Compliance Department in various internal forums

- Any other task assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer
