- Leading and managing analytics team with expertise in building advanced analytics models, risk scorecards, underwriting, collections, EWS. Mentoring, guiding, providing thought leadership for the data scientists in the team.

- In-depth knowledge of scorecards, bureau data. Analytics exp. in Financial Services/ NBFC. India market exp. is mandatory.

- Hands-on Python/R programming experience.

- Strong hold on statistical/mathematical concepts.
