VP - Retail Branch Sales
Background :
- We enable the purchase credit line for SME Distributor / Dealer and Retailer for Anchor. We work with most prestigious companies, Leading FMCG companies HUL, ITC, Whirlpool, Astral and many others.
- We are strategically expanding the enterprise team, solutions and customer base and are actively seeking candidates who have a strong experience in Technology Sales roles along with financial acumen, business curiosity, adaptiveness and a global mindset.

What You Will Do :
- Lead nationwide sales team and implement effective sales strategies in order to achieve targets, grow distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts
- Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up to improve certain lacklustre locations
- Ability to understand the data to gather the right information and plan the execution accordingly
- Analyse the data and identify the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots in order to perform in.
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management
- Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the tea
- Ensure the team members are in market and using CRM
- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Who You Are :
- Must have high-level drive, initiative and self - motivation
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Should have large team size handling experience
- Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
- Handling 250+ team size of Sales executives, TLS, ZMs - Tell caller set up Providing HL leads to tied up banks
- Liaising with the product management team, marketing and other centers verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives
What You Possess :
- Strong Fl relationship experience
- 7-12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC partnerships
- Tier 1/2 MBA
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
