Title: VP Retail Leasing (Premium Malls)

Location: Delhi/ NCR

Role:

- Extensive hands on experience in handling retail and commercial leasing

- Retail leasing of Premium and ultra premium running malls across multiple locations.

- Managing end to end P&L activities of the malls

- Strong experience in attracting premium and anchor brands to lease out mall space

- Responsible for leasing of company's malls.

- Review and Negotiate Commercial/Legal agreements.

- Conduct Market analysis/research by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
