- Responsible for business development; overseeing quality of research; talent and client management.
The VP will prepare & execute annual plans & budgets; will drive business growth; will market new research offers; will recruit, train, develop research staff; will oversee the quality of work.
The candidate must have a good experience in customized ad-hoc research, specifically in :
- Product testing
- Concept testing
- Communication testing
- U&A studies
- Brand tracking
- Segmentation
- Demand estimation
- Pricing
- Brand positioning and Brand Equity
High level of expertise in quantitative research techniques & tools is a prerequisite to success in the role.
FMCG sector – food & beverages, personal and homecare, durables, media and should have an in-depth Sectoral knowledge.
