Job Introduction
VP, NBFC RELATIONSHIP
Principal Responsibilities :
Customer relationship management at performed through the following tasks:
- Meeting LAS (loan against securities) needs of customers referred by INM Top-tier and Premier teams
- Managing end-to-end customer lifecycle at HIFSL
- Offering product solutions in line with customer requirements
- Structuring the loan/collaterals
- Loan pricing
- Developing and getting loan proposals approved
- Onboarding the customer
- Supporting ongoing transactions and servicing,
- Keeping the customer informed on the loan account, collateral securities etc.
- Meeting relevant policies and procedures and governance standards
- Delivering on expected customer experience standards
Qualifications - External
Qualification Requirement :
- Graduate or a post graduate degree such as MBA or professional qualification like CA
- Relevant working experience/understanding in a front line or business function. Experience in wealth management/capital market, lending products etc. is preferred
- 5 years or more of work experience
