About the Role:

- We are seeking a VP - Regulatory Business Analyst to lead Trade & Transaction Reporting initiatives across MiFID, EMIR, CFTC, and other global regulations.

- This role involves designing governance frameworks, optimizing regulatory controls, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & drive regulatory trade & transaction reporting frameworks (MiFID, EMIR, CFTC)

- Develop governance models, optimize controls, and enhance reporting processes

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, and operations

- Identify regulatory risks, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to compliance standards

- Work on process automation, control enhancements, and global regulatory change initiatives

- Partner with technology teams to implement regulatory reporting solutions

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in regulatory reporting at a top financial institution

- Expertise in MiFID, EMIR, CFTC trade & transaction reporting

- Strong understanding of financial markets, middle office operations, and regulatory frameworks

- Experience in control design, process transformation, and governance

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
