Vice President - Regulatory Assurance - BFSI

Looking for Female candidate only for VP- Regulatory Assurance.

15-17yrs plus experience, SOX/Risk/Controls background must have.. audit - good to have-, ideally with Big 4 (must have financial services experience) or BFSI corporate experience. Should be either Senior Manager / Associate Director in Big 4 or Head / one down in a corporate.

- Around 15 years of experience+

- Worked in public accounting Company/BFSI

- Can be from Big 4 but should have worked for BFSI as a client

- Qualified CA /CPA/CFA

- Experienced in managing teams

- Span for this role would be around 30-35 people

- Regarding the skill set, the audit skill set is very much more important than the regulatory reporting background. If someone has worked in an internal audit group in a bank but has no experience of regulatory reporting, but is familiar with SOX, that would be an interesting candidate. Though Reg Reporting exposure will be an added advantage.

- Since the VP will be heading up both teams in FRA - the financial assurance (SOX) team and the regulatory assurance team - the primary skills sets are 1.) strong management experience; 2.) audit experience/knowledge, so that they can step in to help the AVPs; 3.) financial services experience.
