Vice President - Regional Collection Manager - Recovery - Rural

Regional Collection Manager - RECOVERY-Rural, Based out of Chennai

Required only Recovery background candidates.

Preference: Handled Recovery with inhouse & agency team (more than 100)

Candidate working in MFI / NBFC / Banking with rural exposure

Responsible for TN / KAR / AP & TG

Grade - VP

Expertise required/Domain Knowledge: Rural Market Knowledge, Network with the local community and Opinion Leaders.

No. of years of relevant experience:

- Minimum 15 years' experience in financial services in a supervisory role in rural industry in Unsecured product Collection Experience in Self Help Group / Nano Loan Product (Group Loan Deep bucket collection) is preferred

- Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries

- Monitoring losses within Region

- Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of metrics of Customer Verification, Payment Processing, Delivery and Billing processes.

- Co-ordination among cross functional teams (Sales, Collections, Fraud, Risk) and central teams

- Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and to lead team with innovative ideas to bring best out of them

- Monitory all collections processes within the Region including branch Cash reconciliations

Any specific specialization/education: Graduate/Post Graduate
