Urgently Looking for a VP-Recruitment Operations for a Large BPO for their India Business Unit.

Experience - 12 to 16 Yrs ( post PG)

Qualification: MBA / PG in HR

The Role involves Managing the entire Recruitment Operations Pan India the company & will be managing a Team of over 100+ HR Professionals.

This Position Reports into the India Head for Talent Acquisition.

The Incumbent should have exposure in managing the different roles in Recruitment Function for a Large BPO Business.
