Minimum 15 to 20 Years of experience in Foods & Beverages category.

Very strong experience in Development of New Food Products Formulation and Process - From Lab & Pilot plant trials to factory scale up, Process development, Raw material Specifications and supplier development, Shelf life study, Consumer test, Cost optimisation, Successful launch in market OTIF, Competition Benchmarking, post launch evaluation, technology transfer to other regions and stake holder management as Technical/Global Project Leader.

Candidates from Foods background is mandatory.

Position will reports into CEO.
