Vice President - RBI Compliance (NBFC)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and mitigate compliance risks.

- Implement regulatory (RBI) directions in line with applicable norms, and conduct sufficient testing and reporting of results.

- Ensure timely implementation of applicable regulatory circular norms, compliance policy mandates, and preparation of MIS and other reports.

- Provide advisory support to management and other departments.

- Implement and enforce policies, processes, and procedures in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

- Follow up and close Regulatory/Supervisory and internal audit findings within defined timelines.

- Work towards reducing compliance risk incidents and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best industry practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Professionally Qualified (LL.B/CA/CS)

Minimum Experience :

- Minimum 7-18 years of experience in NBFC (highest priority) or Banking compliance functions.
