Vice President - Quality Assurance/Testing - BFSI

Skills Required :

- People management, Program management, strategic planning and execution.

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Strong functional knowledge in Financial domain.

- Experience in writing test plan, strategy and test cases from business/IT requirements. Highly skilled testing in UNIX/Linux, & Windows application

- Experience in testing distributed infrastructure tools/API's. Exposure to Webservices testing

- Experienced in testing Mobile Applications

- Proven knowledge on various software development model, various phases of SDLC, project and QA life cycle, and testing methodologies.

- Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills

- Exposure with various agile models and QA framework and supporting automation tool sets (e.g. Gherkins, Concordion, Cucumber, JBehave, etc)

- Good working knowledge of HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro/Test Complete, and standard automation tools.

Skills Desired :

- Knowledge of web services, XML, SOAP architecture, Linux OS and RDBMS concepts

- Exposure to Mainframe & DB2
