About us:

FnF is an award-winning non-government, non-profit organization which works with farmers, especially smallholders, with an aim to improve their livelihood by increasing income from agricultural activities. It has been recognized by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, as one of showcasing model to be replicated in the entire country. FnF has its offices in Patna and Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To work closely with farmers and FPOs in multiple states

- Handholding of farmers, FPOs & its representatives for agri input, advisory, equipment, credit & market linkage

- To represent organization at state or national level forums

- Managing projects

- Managing all documentation and reports for the related work

Desired skills/experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience of agri extension with any National NGO/Organization, Govt. run program

- Exposure of working environment of Bihar, U.P. or eastern states - Proven experience of working with the community to promote community driven instituion - Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)

- Skills of managing team of 10-20 & comfortable in travelling in rural area

- Communication skills to address large community gathering"

Desired educational background:

- B.Sc./Msc. in Agriculture or MBA in Agribusiness/rural management
