VP Projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentored, and manage a diverse team of project implementation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end project implementation lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Analyze operational performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security standards, and best practices within the CRM software domain.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term operational strategy, focusing on innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive leadership team, highlighting operational achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in project execution, preferably within the CRM software industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software processes, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, process optimization, and project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
