Vice President - Project Management - Payments Domain

Project Management jobs are accountable for successful delivery of the project and ensuring benefits realisation. The Project Management role will hold most or all of these responsibilities:

- Reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation

- Respond to reasonable changes in scope and direction whilst maintaining momentum and focus on delivery of business benefits

- Maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across the group

- Influencing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes

- Driving project delivery proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications and risks

- Managing and planning resources, responsibilities and schedules

- Overall experience of 14+ years

- At least 5 years as in role as a Project Manager with payments domain expertise

- Experience in working as Agile srum master

- Experience of delivering business benefits for large scale payment programmes for a global bank

- Industry leading payments domain and technology expertise with a developed network across the payment industry

- Experience of delivering business benefits for large scale payment programmes for a global bank

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience of delivering analysis for complex programmes across multifaceted and diverse stakeholder needs
