Vice President - Project Management - Bank

Domain Knowledge: Overall understanding of banking processes. Specific knowledge of lending products, end to end loan life cycle and especially in the domain of Priority Sector Lending, Direct Assignment, etc. Should have managed delivery of large technology initiative in the Priority sector lending space spanning both Corporate and Retail portfolios.

Other skills: Effective communication skills, Experience in managing delivery on large technology programs, program / project governance, stakeholder management, team management, vendor management, financial management, etc.

Role Responsibilities:

a. Manage team of project leads to ensure delivery of technology projects as per committed schedule and cost

b. Financial management of project in terms of tracking actuals v/s budget

c. Ensuring adequate project governance and risk management measures are in place

d. Preparation and effective tracking of project plans / tasks / milestones with multiple stakeholders

e. Timely detection and escalation of issues / showstoppers / pending tasks

f. Prepare and publish required MIS reports to seniors indicating project status

g. Liaise with required teams to ensure projects are progressed and completed as per plan

h. Identify risks and form contingency plan

i. Focus on continuous improvement and foster adoption of PRIDE values within the team
