Vice President - Program Management/Change Management - Investment Bank

We have an opportunity for VP - Program Management with one of the Investment Bank in Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop administer and execute global programs

- Able to focus on the clients and help to improve product, service and program business program Business processes.

- Enable change in the required areas as per the need and priority.

- Manage and work with multiple stakeholders and clients

- Provide annual resource and budget plans and regular updates to the company's senior management team

- Assist our various business stakeholders with their strategic solution requirements, services / program

- Work within different business to identify and maximize opportunities that help in the delivery of programs.

- Prepare various reports as required for the various stakeholders.

Key Skills - 

- Experienced Program Manager with 12+ Years of experience in BFSI space.

- Sound understanding of financial products (investment bank / capital market) and risk methodology

- Detail and high quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment

- Detail knowledge / working experience of all Microsoft products

- Excellent communication, organization, documentation and articulation skills.

- Deals comfortably with ambiguity

- Rigorous follow ups through on all commitments to achieve results
