WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology.

We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. Providing fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: Fastag, Fuel, Credit, Insurance, Maintenance, Marketplace, and more.

We are in "Mission Mode". We operate with only one intent - adding value in a truck owner's life and work, solving our customer's problems, and adding value to their lives. Roles & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for aligning the product team around a single product vision and ensuring that the team work towards a common objective.

- Understand the product, the business and the engineering function that need to come together to bring the product to market

- Responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the products & creating and managing roadmaps

- Work with other teams within the company to ensure that the products align with its overall strategy

- Own the entire product life cycle, end to end for various business lines/verticals

- Will be a part of building culture and taking important decisions at a company level

Skills & Requirements -

- Exhibit the ability to coach and motivate their team members while also staying engaged in hands-on work

- Should have 8-12 years of core Product experience

- Should have the experience of managing multiple product lines/business/verticals along with a team of 3-4 Senior Product Managers

- Effective communicators

- Excellent stakeholder management

- Excellent Problem solving & IQ
