1) Improve Customer Experience

2) Improve User Experience

- Strategic planning and management of current and up-coming tech products

- Work very closely with Growth and Sales Teams to improve and ideate new acquisition funnels

- Complete end-to-end product design

- Identify key issues affecting customer experience; resolve it by improving product

- Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience.

- Managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Lead the product team & partner with Tech, Design and other key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap
