Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the mission to drive exceptional user experiences.

- Leverage AI and deep tech to create innovative features that boost user growth, engagement, and retention.

User Growth and Engagement:

- Drive strategies to grow the user base and improve onboarding processes to optimize activation rates.

- Use behavioral insights, data analytics, and AI to design features that foster continuous user engagement.

- Experiment with gamification, personalization, and content delivery to build a sense of community and belonging.

Monetization through Engagement:

- Develop and implement revenue-driving strategies, including subscription models, ticketed sessions, and premium features.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align monetization strategies with user needs and market trends.

Data-Driven Product Development:

- Partner with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI and machine learning, enabling predictive analytics and personalized user experiences.

- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and thorough market research to validate product decisions and optimize the platform.

- Stay ahead of market opportunities through competitive analysis and customer insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric products aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with leadership to ensure product goals align with organizational objectives and KPIs.

Leadership and Team Building:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer focus.

- Encourage a growth mindset by empowering the team to take calculated risks and learn from experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Proven success in driving user growth, engagement, and monetization within tech-driven environments, especially consumer platforms or marketplaces.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of AI and deep tech applications in building scalable, user-centric products.

- Experience collaborating with data science teams to leverage machine learning for personalized and predictive features.

User-Centric Mindset:

- Expertise in analyzing user behavior and translating insights into impactful product decisions.

- Experience with gamification, social features, and community-building tools is a plus.

Business Acumen:

- Strong understanding of P&L ownership and driving revenue through product-led growth.

- Experience in designing and executing successful monetization strategies, including subscription models.

Leadership and Collaboration:

- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions across the organization.
