We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives of our client and propel them to the next level. If you're a product marketing expert, community builder, data-driven strategist, and a savvy leader who thrives in scaling high-growth enterprise SaaS, let's talk.
Product Marketing & Positioning:
- Craft compelling product marketing strategies that clearly differentiate our platform from competitors. Lead messaging, positioning, and product launches, making our features resonate with target audiences.
Content & Community Building:
- Lead content marketing initiatives including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and videos to engage our ICP. Foster a vibrant community through AMAs, podcasts, and influencer partnership positioning us as thought leaders in Retail Media.
Demand Generation & Campaigns:
- Design and execute innovative demand generation campaigns, events, and thought
leadership initiatives to drive growth. Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless lead flow and measurable demand outcomes.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop impactful sales tools and resources, educating internal and partner Sales
teams on product value and market insights. Support sales success by aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
Competitive & Market Intelligence:
- Build intelligence on competitive offerings and industry trends to refine marketi
strategies and product positioning. Leverage insights to enhance market differentiation and growth acceleration.
Client Councils & Evangelism:
- Build a Client and Influencer Advisory Council to foster meaningful discussions a
deepen engagement. Act as an evangelist for our product by nurturing relationships with key clients and influencer.
Team Leadership & Execution:
- Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and hands-on execution of marketing KPIs. Establish data-driven marketing processes, tracking performance and optimizing initiatives for maximum impact.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management:
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, aligning it with company growth goals. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a focus on high-impact, ROI-driven activities.
Required Skills-
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies with proven track record in scaling marketing efforts in early stages (Series B to Series D)
- Deep expertise in product marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and community building.
- Strong understanding of Retail Media, AdTech, or related industries is a huge plus.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Highly analytical, data-savvy, and process-oriented, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and building a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
