Job Description
As Vice President Product management, you will be responsible for designing and delivering world class products. You will be reporting to Head Of Product and will be working closely with other CXOs and head of various functions.

You should apply if you have :
- 15+ years of hands-on product management experience, exposure to payments will be a big plus
- Strong business acumen and past experiences in closely working with business and operations
- Strong technical acumen and ability to not only understand but also influence technology teams
- Enjoy working in a highly agile & dynamic environment
- Experience in building high performing great teams including acquiring and developing the best talent
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, a past exposure in a startup will be a plus
- Delivered multiple products and been part of end-to end life cycle (from inception till GTM)
Expectation from this leadership position will be:
- Be obsessed with customers and data
- Define product strategy and vision for multiple products
- Must have deep domain knowledge, or a demonstrated ability to quickly build domain expertise in specific markets-(industry landscape, existing players, points of parity and differentiation, possible disruptions, etc)
- Must be able to take complete ownership, manage multiple stakeholders with strong bias for action.
- Must maintain high standards of delivery, rally the teams towards product vision and strategy. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity
- To be able to balance short-term and long-term goals. Taking data backed decisions with attention to detail
- Ability to evangelize and align senior leadership using domain depth, market knowledge and strong data backed hypothesis
