VP Product Management & Marketing
- The incumbent must have has vast experience of over 10-12 years in a high ranking Product Management position, preferably as a Head of product management in a complex business setting.
- Will be responsible for the product strategy (Revenue, Segmentation, Geography, GTM, etc) and create the internal and external capacity to execute this strategy.
- Responsible for revenues from each product category/ product and manage execution through other business functions such as Sales, Marketing, etc
- She/he will also have experience resolving daily internal and external problems and challenges in product management positions that affect a product's financial and market success.
- Own the product strategy as well as manage the entire product portfolio to enable additional revenues and market share
- Be responsible for researching various markets, industries, geographies, competitors and identify new product development areas with accurate Demand Estimation, Differentiators and Revenue Projections over time.
Branding & Marketing :
- A suitable candidate will also have diverse experience in the fields of product marketing, management, and Branding.
- The incumbent will be responsible for communication and marketing the product. This will include product launch, influencer marketing, testimonial creation, PR to name a few.
- Designing and implementing the ATL campaigns to ensure growth in market share and outreach
- Define & implement the GTM for the new product launch
- Work with the Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering teams to create synergies and flawless execution.
Ideal Skills, Competencies Required for the job :
- 12-15 years of experience in Product Management /Branding / GTM in the FMCG + Digital industry.
- MBA from Tier 1 schools only - startup experience must / be comfortable working in ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment / should have handled scale
- Excellent Collaboration & Team Skills - driving results without authority; Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills - Building Consensus in matrix organization structures and with strong leaders
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Motivator with strong people & leadership skills.
