Job Description:

- Drive the product strategy and execution and contribute to overall product vision and strategy

- Lead the product team & partner with Tech, Design and other key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap and direction for application development for all products after careful consideration of customer use cases, market research, scope, features, markets, market sizing, differentiators and pricing

- Manage and grow our PM team, you will be responsible for their succes in their careers

- Work with the CEO & Other CXOs to arrive at next steps & experiments. This will include leading discussions, engaging in debate, driving an opinionated group to reach a conclusion

Profile :

- Overall Experience of 8-10 years leading product teams with a strong track record of shipping high quality software

- Should be able to demonstrate a product you've helped ship over this time, explain how and why it did or did not succeed

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life-cycle

- Be an articulate and persuasive communicator, as both a writer and a speaker, who uses data to support your arguments

- Thought leadership and influence without relying on hierarchy
