They've partnered with over 10000+ brands across dining, shopping, entertainment, wellness and many more providing exclusive employee discounts, brands like CCD, Samsung, Lifestyle, Flipkart, PVR Cinemas, Zoomcar, OYO, Lifestyle, Mother's Pride, Max Healthcare and more.


- Our client is leading the $2 billion rewards market in India with 250+ corporate clients including giants like Concentrix, EY, DXC and Mphasis, and they've raised $2 million to date from prominent VCs like GrowX Ventures, Sprout Ventures, and Axilor Ventures.

- As Vice President of Product, you will be managing multiple accounts; developing positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.

What you will do :

- Driving client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.

- Working closely with Associate Account Managers and Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and QA.

- Cross-selling different products to existing clients.

- Creating and managing Accounting on a day-to-day basis.

- Creating MIS and other financials.

- Understanding client requirements and communicating the same internally to the product team.

- Owning the entire process from requirement gathering to delivery.

- Working closely with Analytics and Ad Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed.

- Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.

- Leveraging technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal.

- Preparing campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.

- Managing weekly campaign status documents for review.

- Working closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing.

- Providing input on new processes and workflows as needed.

- Focusing on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Strong analytical skills

- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite of services.

Skills required :

- Dynamic personalities able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.

- Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.

- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.

- Advance knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally and SAP software.

- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.

- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.

- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.

- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated

- Problem Identifier and Solver.

- Start-up mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking
