Vice President - Product - Co-Living Startup

As the VP - Product, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and to kick-start and drive customer development efforts.

What you will do:

- Defining and driving Product roadmap, design, and delivery

- Being responsible for scoping, design, specs, and ship on time with the right quality

- Defining data drove, an analytics framework that measures the efficacy of features, product market fit

- Being responsible for all key KPIs that define the launch and continued success of a new product

- Driving product pipeline that helps drive, exceed business goals

- Benchmarking competitive experiences and defining and implementing a roadmap of improvements

- Leading product experience and its architecture and ensuring trendiest marketing of the same

What you need to know/have:

- Should possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a right product mindset

- Product management experience in startup is a great plus

- Should be passionate about design, attention to detail and analytics

- Insane Customer Obsession with an understanding of their needs/aspiration at a deeper level is highly preferred

- Should have worked in a fast-paced, startup environment
