Vice President - Procurement & Sourcing - Bank

Our client - a leading global bank - is looking for VP in Sourcing Operations (small deals) in Bengaluru for the firm's shared services offices in India.

- The prospective candidate will ensure deals are done in a timely and coordinated manner per global process and strategies, manage stakeholders in the global source to pay the organization, undertake management reporting on deal pipeline, minimize and solve escalations, mitigate risk and assist in change management. 

- The role requires managing vendor bidding process, documentation, negotiations & contract authoring.

- The role will require work with BUs to understand requirements, work with procurement operations, as well as other cross-functional teams. Project task tracking, reporting and analytics will also be an integral part of the role.

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a sourcing division are required.
