- We are hiring for one of our esteemed client based in Mumbai at VP level for their Process Excellence Function. The individual will Review and Re-Design the existing Business Processes
- Identify opportunities for improvements/efficiencies and/or remediation of major bottlenecks/issues in the existing process and, recommend solutions in collaboration with Business / Functions.
- Create and Analyze Business Process Maps
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
- Analyze incoming work/demand and workload allocation methods.
- Understand critical business and information technology risks.
- Perform assessment of implementation approach/design ensuring resulting business processes are sustainable, controlled and TOM aligned
- Partner with CRO Change and IT to provide a consolidated view of Change, Dependencies, Risk, and Issues having an impact on RFDAR Risk Reporting
Candidate Should have :.
- Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect business requirements and realize specific process need
- Strong influencing skills and capability to drive any change.
- Clear thinking, excellent communication and high levels of commitment
- Excellent writing and reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process.
- Analytical bent of mind in order to understand the business needs and the workflow of E2E process
- Ability to work as an Independent Resource under little supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of Banking, Risk and Reporting businesses
Good to have :
- Experience in Risk Reporting and related processes
- Understanding of Credit Risk & Market Risk as well as regulatory programs and norms
