Job Description :

This will be a Lead role for the GBS Process Automation team where the successful candidate will collaborate with the broader team and the client to assess business processes, define business needs and implement solutions to achieve core objectives. They will report into the GBS SCTO&COS, COO and Automation Leader in GBAM Operations

Responsibilities :

- Provide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments.

- Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints.

- Responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrixed organization.

- Partner with LOB leaders on key initiatives to develop opportunities and translating them into executable roadmaps

- The role involves development of standards, best practices, templates, change management guidelines, risk and security protocols and assets that will help accelerate adoption and time to market for delivery.

- The role also involves developing industry standard best practices and conducting research on upcoming trends and technologies in this space.

- Conduct Operations walkthrough and develop business case

- Develop and deliver Business enablement and Trainings on best practices and methodologies

- Build and execute robust project tracking and results reporting for the Bank including development and administration of KPIs, scorecards and dashboards

Requirements :

Education :

- MBA / B.Tech

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS VISIO

Experience Range :

Overall 17+ years of experience

Mandatory skills :

- Proven experience in automation and Business Project Management including a working knowledge of leading technologies

- Knowledge of Global Markets businesses, products, and business processes, including trade lifecycle

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

- Knowledge of tech delivery

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Self-motivated and motivate others to meet tight timelines for delivery

- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

- Ability to communicate and work with other team members to explain a business case opportunity

Desired skills :

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS VISIO

- High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard.

- Experience in working with matrix organizations and handling ambiguity and unstructured environment

- Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills are required.

- Change and conflict management skills, ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines.

- Ability to build trusted relationships with business partners, team members and managers to develop solutions

Work Timings- 11.30 to 8.30
