Designation: Vice President - PMS Operations & Compliance
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Mumbai
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations
Co-ordinating opening of client accounts with custodian, which includes visiting customer premises
Allocating orders to Custodian at the end of day
Liaison with broking firms, fund accounting team and custodian for all Operations issues
Checking and analysing MIS reports generated by the fund accounting team
Customer MIS generation and dispatch
Preparation of customized MIS where necessary
Resolution of customer issues in solution mode
Raising invoices to client's quarterly
Compliance with SEBI procedures (in assistance with external support)
Preparation and filing of reports with SEBI as required
Maintenance of customer files as per SEBI records
Co-ordinating audits with external vendors that need to be submitted to SEBI
Regular follow up on changes in SEBI regulations w.r.t compliances (if any)
Working with Company Secretary to ensure Compliance with ROC procedures
Preparation of required material for board meetings
Co-ordination of minutes
Required skill sets and prior experience:
Prior experience in an Operations role at a PMS
Entrepreneurial approach - no big company mind set
Ability to perform role alone without minimal support from juniors
Familiarity with SEBI procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
Salary offered: 14 - 15 LPA
