About our Client - Our client is a UK based MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Shared Service Centre.
Job Description - As the Vice President - PMO, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently delivering Projects to achieve delivery parameters
- Maintain and Evolve the Program Management Office
- Implementing governance - Monitor, Control and Report
- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to all stake holders
- Leading and mentoring team members to meet their expectations
- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits
The Successful Candidate - You will have an MBA/Masters Degree from a top tier school and a total of 10 years of PMO experience in BFSI sector preferably Insurance for global markets. Prince2 / PMP and Green Belt Certification is a must. Additionally, you would have had sound Project Management experience, previous experience in driving a change management consulting business (internal stakeholders or external clients) and proven achievements in process improvements. You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
