Vice President - P&L - Strategic Alliances - FinTech

Key Function :

- Responsible for creating partnerships and alliances with financial services providers to offer various products including some co-branded products as well. The individual will work with sales and marketing team to drive the adoption of new products with existing customers as well as new customers

- Will be part of the Senior Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and own the P&L of new businesses of cross selling and up selling of new financial services products

- Responsible for setting up partnership and alliances with banks, insurance and financial services organizations.

- Work with marketing and sales team to ensure selling and adoption of these products for existing and new customers.

- Devise business strategies and tactics to identify most valuable segment of the market with a goal to generate the most revenue.

Desired Profile :

Education : MBA

Experience : 10-15 yrs of work experience

- Should have experience in setting up businesses from scratch, especially in the fintech space.

- Experience of managing P&L and strong understanding of building partnership and alliances for new products

Age : 42 years

Currently at a salary of 50 lacs
