Profile :

- PERFORMANCE MARKETING : The VP, Marketing will recruit millions of students via hardcore performance marketing--Search, Facebook, etc.--across US/UK/India/China to a Human-to-Human technology platform connecting students to teachers for a specialized task.

- GROWTH HACKING : He/she will be a completely entrepreneurial growth hacker who doesn't limit themselves to Digital if offline sources eg, school contact programs, Mom's groups etc. provide more effective/efficient student recruitment.

- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT : The VP has to manage the entire supply chain of sourcing and recruiting millions of students across multiple geographies and locations.

Experience :

- Performance Marketing Black Belt : The VP has to have very deep performance marketing expert, having personally created hundreds of data sets on Search/Facebook Ads etc.

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set : The role is a unique blend of deep digital performance marketing skill-set and a passion for offline marketing.

- Exceptional Drive : The VP will be managing multiple priorities simultaneously across geographies and will be single-handedly responsible for the demand side of a two-way platform. Demonstrated history of taking responsibility ahead of tenure/experience with a super-human drive is a must.
