- You will support all aspects of deal costing from the assessment of risk exposures and programme structure to the ultimate quantification of the insurance premium.
- You will run portfolio analysis and develop management reports
- Using your strong analytical and collaboration skills, you will collect and analyse industry and coverage-specific data and work with various in-house experts and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate costing models.
- You will use your process management skills and structured- thinking in driving cross-unit project initiatives through.
- You will maintain high quality documentation of your work and ensure operations are implemented according to internal guidelines and best practice
- You will build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to strengthening client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- You will train and support underwriting communities on technical topics and tool usage to ensure models and tools are used appropriately.
- You will work collaboratively and inclusively with team members across units and geographies, ensuring the collective skill sets are used for best results and service delivery.
- You will share your experience and knowledge across the team
- You will supervise team members and take responsibility for the successful outcome of team member's output.
- You will attract, recruit, retain and contribute towards development and motivation of team members to create a strong and high quality talent pool in order to enable the function to make valuable contributions to our customers
