Role : Vice President - Payroll Operations - Global MNC

Job Description:
As Head of Payroll Operations position, the Individual will head up the India & Global payroll and benefits operations & will manage:
1. Full Oversight of India & Global payroll operations & governance from HR side.
2. The role will be to manage Large India & Global payroll operations for the organisations employees, and managing a Large Team.
3. Providing insight and analysis to stakeholders
4. Drive the transformation and modernization of the India & Global payroll function by leveraging technology to automate process and reporting.
5. Responsible for planning and execution of payroll to continue to streamline the payroll operations
6. Helping with various statutory compliance and globally.
Preferred Candidate:
1. PG/Graduate with 20+ yrs experience into HR Operations & Payroll Managing Payroll of Large Employee Base.
2. Organized self-starter, who is goal oriented and possesses the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver
3. Ability to work independently & a Team Manager, while also being a team player
4. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring tasks are completed on time in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
5. Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills but the ability to take a strategic view.
6. Experience of handling captive payroll operation is added advantage
7. Experience of administrative benefits plan across geography is added advantage
8. Strong technically in international payrolls
9. Experience of post-merger integration of acquired entities
10. Experience of ADP, SAP, Work day or similar ERP
